Cold Penguin Software Solutions (CPSS) is a small company based out of Lexington, KY. Here at CPSS we
don't feel that it is right for companies, small businesses, or even individuals should be forced to pay
large amounts of money, for a product that doesn't fit their needs or only partly fits their needs. Because
of this, our mission became "Provide affordable software to anyone who needs it."
Our mission has since expanded. We no longer want to only provide affordable software to anyone, we want
to provide affordable software that does everything our clients want it to do, to anyone who needs it. We
want to make sure that you actually get what you are paying for. If you want something simple, we'll give you
something simple, if you want something complex, we'll give you something simple that does complex things. That
is another one of our goals: user-friendliness. We aren't going to build software or a website for you that is
hard to navigate, hard to follow, and winds up costing you more time than before. Our software is easy-to-use.
Our websites are easy to navigate. Our services produce positive results. Period.
Something else that bothers us, poor customer service. There is nothing worse than having a problem that
keeps you from being productive, except talking to someone that is not concerned with your problem. Doesn't
care whether or not your problem gets resolved quickly. Here at CPSS, you will not be dissapointed with our
customer service. If you have a problem, we'll get it fixed. If it isn't something we can help you fix, or there
is some problem with the software, we'll immediately create a patch and send it to you free. This should be
something you never have to worry about because all of our products are thoroughly tested and put to the test
long before we ever publish it. All of this leads me to our next goal: strive to make every experience you have
with us, a pleasant one.
We want you to be happy with our services. We want you to come back. We are not a big company that won't
be affected by a few of our clients leaving. We are a small company with small town ideals and attitudes.
We're polite, and we'll work as hard as we can to make sure you are more than satisfied with the results, because
at the end of the day, our customers keep our company alive and we know it.
